222nm Excimer UV Lamp
Features of 222nm light source:
□ Good monochromaticity, concentrated ultraviolet output energy, high ultraviolet output intensity, up to 100mW/cm2;
□ Incoherent light is conducive to large-area processing;
□ There is no inherent electrode corrosion phenomenon of traditional light source, and the service life is greatly prolonged;
□ It can be turned on and off instantly at any time, without preheating, without shutter, and the number of switches does not affect the service life;
□ Opening and running are not affected by the ambient temperature;
□ Cold light source, no infrared output, no obvious heating effect on the processed object;
□ Green and environmental protection. There is no need to use mercury for manufacturing, and there is no problem of secondary pollution and waste recycling.
222 nm and 254 nm wavelength excimer lamp application areas:
□ Deactivation of viruses, bacteria and microorganisms. Used for sterilization and disinfection in urban domestic sewage treatment, cyanobacterial toxin degradation and air purification;
□ Photochemical reaction. Used to prepare electronic thin films and synthesize nanomaterials;
□ Surface modification of textiles. Used to increase the air permeability and moisture absorption of the fabric surface;
□ Photolysis of hydrogen peroxide to produce strong oxidizing OH free radicals;
□ The cold UV printing light drying and curing in the printing process is especially suitable for printing on heat-sensitive material paper and film.
